We will examine the roof, grading, siding, trim, foundation, heating and cooling systems, visible framing, attic spaces, garages, windows, doors and a host of other details, though the thrust of the inspection is on the major systems. We will not do anything that could cause damage to the property being inspected. Note that with condos and townhouses, the exterior and grounds aren't examined unless specifically requested, since associations often have reponsibility for those.
