Formed in 2008 by Dan Kelly and George Boso, Asset Building Consultants, LLC is already one of the most trusted inspection companies in the Northern Illinois area. We can arrange for your radon testing and recommend specialists or professionals who can perform needed repairs or upgrades.

Dan Kelly has worked as a computer programmer, IT Consultant, and has been a home inspector for many years.

Before becoming a home inspector himself 14 years ago, George Boso traveled around the country on various large construction projects including the Chicago Deep Tunnel, the Washington, D.C. subway system, and the Thistle, Utah Landslide Disaster. He has performed well over 3,500 inspections.

Both are fully licensed by the State of Illinois and have worked in the city and suburban areas for the past decade, helping other struggling local companies with their knowledge and experience and in one instance, financial support. Working with these companies proved to be a dead end.

After seeing those questionable operations first-hand, "we knew we could do better and that led to the establishment of Asset Building Consultants."

Together, the two have a wealth of combined experience to share with their customers.

Our customers have included many local municipal leaders, real estate agents, their clients and family members, charitable/service organizations and others, and we have developed a great working relationship with all of them.
